This was written assuming you have a working knowledge of PSP.

Please keep in mind that I write the tutorial as I am creating the tag.

Sometimes I may not explain properly where to place things so please see my example if you are ever in doubt :)

Supplies needed

I am using PSP 2018 but this tutorial should work with any version.

PTU Kit:  I am using a fabulous kit called "It's a Cheese Party" created by Bella Caribeña.  You can purchase it here.

My wordart - Left click to enlarge then right click and save as.

Font of choice for your name.  

Plug in: Mura Meisters, copies

Drop shadow of choice.  I am using Vertical 0, Horizontal 5, Opacity 65, Blur 10, color black.

I use Vivienne’s drop shadows quite a bit as I really like the look of her shadows.  Thank you for letting me use your settings for my tutorials.

An image can get blurred when you resize an element or tube in PSP.  I use unsharpen mask for each item.  Vivienne has wonderful tips and tricks on how to do this here.

Please read all the Artist's/Designer's TOU.

Let’s get started.

Open a new 800x800 transparent image.  We will resize later.  Flood fill with white.

Remember to sharpen and drop shadow each image as you create the tag.

Element 8 - Move to the top left of the tag.

Element 9 - Move over element 8.

Element 19 - Resize 60% and move to the upper left of element 9.  Using the magic wand, click in the center of the frame.  Selections, modify, expand by 5.  Add a new raster layer and drag this layer under the frame layer.  Open paper of choice.  I am using paper 17.  Copy and close the original.  Standing on the new raster layer, edit, paste into selections.  Select none and drop shadow the frame.

Select element 9 layer.

Element 80 - Resize 25%.  Effects, Mura Meisters, copies.  In the drop down on the bottom left select encircle then use the following settings.  Number 14, Shift X and Y 45, all other settings stay the same.  Click apply.  Move this under the frame.  Drop shadow.

Element 57 - Resize 25%.  Effects, Mura Meisters, copies.  In the drop down on the bottom left select encircle then use the following settings.  Number 14, Shift X and Y 45, all other settings stay the same.  Click apply.  Resize 95% and move this under the frame.  Drop shadow.

Select the top layer.

Element 15 - Resize 60% and move to the center of the frame.  Drop shadow.

Element 62 - Resize 30% and move to the lower left of the frame.  Drop shadow.

Element 56 - Resize 40% and move to the bottom center of the frame.  Drop shadow.

Element 37 - Resize 30% and move to the bottom left of element 56.  Drop shadow.

Tube 2 - Resize 20% and move to the top right of the frame.  Drop shadow.

Element 61 - Resize 30% and move to the bottom left of the tube.  Drop shadow.

Element 3 - Resize 30% and move to the bottom left of element 37.  Drop shadow.

Element 7 - Resize 30% and move to the bottom left of element 61.  Drop shadow.

Element 77 - Resize 20% and move to the bottom left of element 7.  Drop shadow.

Element 11 - Resize 60% and move to the bottom right of element 61.  Drop shadow.

Element 6 - Resize 40% and move to the lower center of the tube.  Drop shadow.

Element 5 - Resize 25% and move to the bottom right of the tube.  Drop shadow.

Element 12 - Resize 30% and move to the bottom right of the tube.  Drop shadow.

My Word art - Move to the bottom of the tube.

Select the layer under the word art.

Element 92 - Resize 15% and move to the upper left of the word art by the leaves.  Drop shadow.

Element 99 - Resize 15% and move to the bottom right of the word art.  Drop shadow.

Element 96 - Resize 15%, mirror and move to the top left of the word art.  Drop shadow.

Select the top layer.

Element 39 - Resize 25% and move to the step second from the bottom.  Drop shadow.

Element 24 - Resize 20% and move to the bottom right of element 39.  Drop shadow.

Element 31 - Resize 20% and move to the bottom left of element 24.  Drop shadow.

Element 32 - Resize 20% and move to the right of element 31.  Drop shadow.

Element 75 - Resize 20%, mirror and move to the bottom of the word art by the TY.  Drop shadow.

Element 58 - Resize 20% and move to the bottom right of element 75.  Drop shadow.

Element 46 - Resize 20% and move to the bottom right of element 32.  Drop shadow.

Element 38 - Resize 20% and move to the bottom left of element 32.  Drop shadow.

Element 59 - Resize 20%, mirror and move to the bottom right of element 38.  Drop shadow.

Element 85 - Resize 20% and move to the bottom right of the large stone.  Drop shadow.

Element 71 - Resize 15% and move to the bottom left of element 85.  Drop shadow.

Select the mask layer and duplicate.  Using the pick tool, set to scale, pull the top down so it almost looks flat. Resize 60%. Move to the bottom left under the steps.  Duplicate and move to under the dancing mice on the left.  Duplicate and move to the right of the tag so it shows under the mouse holding the tray.  

Select element 7 layer.  Duplicate and drag this layer above element 11 layer.  Move to the bottom of the large stone.  Duplicate again and move to the right under the mouse on the far right.

Add any other elements you would like and make any adjustments on the tag.

Crop and resize your tag.  Be careful not to crop off any shadows or mask edges.  I resize mine to 650px on the width (if needed) as that is what fits my blog best.

Add your name and copyright.

Hide the white background and save as png.
